Liability

Whilst Minibusdirect is fully insured; travel in Minibusdirect vehicles is at passenger's own risk, Minibusdirect does not accept responsibility or any liability for any loss or damage howsoever caused 

Behaviour

Minibusdirect operate strict rules in regard to drunkenness, and/or rowdyism when travelling aboard its vehicles, In accepting any booking minibus reserve the right to withdraw its service at any time during the course of the hire it in the opinion of the driver and / or the company, passenger behaviour becomes unacceptable, Under these circumstances Minibus direct will not offer refunds or compensation. Nor accept any claim for any additional expenses incurred as a result

Late Boarding

In the event that passengers delay the driver for more than 20 minutes after the arranged pick up time, Minibusdirect reserve the right to withdraw the hire where in such circumstances the delay compromises a subsequent booking. In this event Minibus direct will not offer refunds or compensation, nor accept any claim for any additional expenses incurred as a result, Notwithstanding, Minibus direct also reserves the right to charge waiting time after the first 20 minutes at a rate of £30 per hour or part thereof.

Payment

Minibusdirect does not accept bookings under deposit only; Hire will be confirmed on full pre-payment only. Where acceptance of late hire is agreed (less than 24 hours), No deposit will be required providing booking is confirmed by email, Full payment must be made either in cash or by card supported cheque to the driver at time of the first pick up unless alternative arrangements have been agreed and confirmed by Minibus direct.

Cancellation

Cancellation will only take effect from the day written or email notice is received by Minibus direct, Cancellation charges, which apply as follows, are determined by the period before hire within which we receive notification.

  • More than 20 days: Full Refund
  • 7-19 days: 20% of booking value
  • 2-6   days: 50% of booking value
  • Less than 48 Hours: 100% of booking value
